/ About the project
THE PROJECT
Led a full rebrand for Bouhaus Real Estate Group to create a bold, instantly recognizable identity in a highly competitive market. Developed three complementary color ways to give the brand a flexible yet unified system—allowing individual agents to select the palette they resonated with most while maintaining a cohesive group presence. Designed a complete real estate marketing package spanning signage, social media, and email to ensure consistency across all client touchpoints.
THE SCOPE
Responsible for defining the visual direction, building a scalable identity system, and delivering all creative assets for launch. Produced a complete suite of branded materials including yard signs, open house collateral, listing presentations, digital templates, and social media kits. The multi-color approach positioned Bouhaus to stand out in a saturated visual landscape while giving agents a sense of personal alignment within the brand.
As the lead designer, I developed everything from initial explorations to final execution, ensuring the brand voice carried seamlessly across print and digital. I also implemented Adobe Firefly AI into the workflow, enabling the brand to rapidly scale new marketing materials while staying on-brand.
THE SOLVE
The rebrand provided Bouhaus with a flexible, agent-friendly identity system that balances individuality with brand cohesion. By offering three distinctive but complementary color ways, the group gained a recognizable visual edge and a built-in structure for differentiation. The introduction of an AI-driven production pipeline ensured that Bouhaus could continually expand their marketing output—social posts, ads, and campaigns—without compromising consistency.
